Eligibility Requirements

• Offer applies only to first‑time buyers who have never purchased a course from Chameleon Group or its affiliated training platforms.
• Eligibility is verified through customer account history, email address, and payment records.
• The promotion is limited to one free course per new customer, regardless of the number of courses purchased.

How the Promotion Works

• Customer purchases any eligible course at full price.
• Customer may select one additional course of equal or lesser value at no cost.
• The free course must be chosen at checkout or requested within 7 calendar days of the initial purchase.
• Once redeemed, both courses will be added to the learner’s LMS dashboard.

Restrictions & Limitations

• Offer cannot be combined with other discounts, coupons, promotions, or corporate pricing agreements.
• The free course has no cash value and cannot be exchanged, refunded, or transferred to another person or account.
• If the paid course is refunded for any reason, the free course is automatically cancelled and removed from the learner’s account.
• Chameleon Group reserves the right to deny the promotion in cases of suspected fraud, duplicate accounts, or misuse.

Refunds & Cancellations

• Refunds apply only to the paid course and follow Chameleon Group’s standard refund policy.
• The free course is not eligible for refund, credit, or substitution.
• If the paid course is refunded, the free course is forfeited.

Certificates issued upon course completion represent participation only. They do not certify legal compliance, professional competency, operational readiness, or risk mitigation.

8. Prohibited Conduct
Users may not:

• Share accounts or login credentials
• Copy, download, or distribute course content
• Misrepresent or misuse certificates
• Attempt to bypass platform security
• Use the Services for unlawful, harmful, or unauthorized purposes

Violations may result in immediate suspension or termination.

9. Payments and Refunds
Pricing, access terms, and refund eligibility are governed by the checkout process or applicable written agreements. Due to the nature of digital content, all sales are final unless explicitly stated otherwise.

10. No Warranties
The Services are provided “AS IS” and “AS AVAILABLE,” without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose or non‑infringement.
